Why aren't hospitals designed to be functional. 2 relatively new hospitals attached as examples. The (male genitalia) Balfour in Orkney Islands and (the extravagant castle) Northumbria Specialist Emergency Hospital.
Surely a more basic structural design would cost a lot less and be more functional?
