It was on UK TV about 2002-2005 time I reckon. Documentary series.
It was about 'troubled' teenagers who went to live with other families for a time to see if they would change their ways.
I remember one episode when a lad in his late teens went to live with this lady. It was going pretty well but then he invited his mate over, and you found out that (off camera) one of them got drunk and peed on her carpet, so that was the end of that.
The last episode (I think) was about a teenage girl who went to live with a middle class family.
At one point she stole a guys phone and you found out this 'guy' (again off camera) burst into the family home and snatched the phone back when the girl was out. She started working in a restaurant and studying to be a chef but then she got caught trying to steal money from the family, so they ended their support and it all fell apart.
Anyone remember watching this?
