So im 17 living with my parents in the uk, there is a guy next door who is clearly mentally unstable and is just insane. He's been seen wearing swastika hoodies, posing weird stuff on his facebook like paper shooting targets with bullet holes through and ive heard him shouting stuff in his back yard like "stabbing" and other just crazy shit. Im genuinely scared since idk what he will end up doing, today my dad was washing the car and the guy called him a shit head for no reason then went back inside his house.
What do i do? i dont wanna talk to him or his mother about it because i dont want it to start something.
