What’s your go-to breakfast?

  1. Now in the summer, I love eating a yogurt parfait for breakfast

It’s really easy to make, just layers of Greek yogurt, fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), and a sprinkle of granola

  2. Omelet. If I don’t have time I’ll take a smoothie to go. If I don’t want to cook I’ll just do Greek yogurt and berries.

  3. Crackers with chocolate sprinkles.

Although I need a new breakfast, because I am already hungry again by the time I run out of the door.

  4. 2 eggs, 6 chicken nuggets and two slices of bread with sechuan sauce and banana milk shake… 💪🏻

  5. If I’m going out to eat, some kind of omelette or pancakes. If I’m at work, some fruit and maybe a croissant from the freezer, a lil cheese and possibly nuts. If I’m home I’ll either get fast food breakfast or something easy like scrambled eggs and some toast.

  6. Coffee and cereal if I’m running late. And if not, coffee, eggs and toast.

  7. Air. I cant eat in the mornings because being tired makes me nauseous. But if I do, its usually just a protien bar.

  8. A slice of brown bread, a slice of ricotta cheese, a scrambled egg and a cup of warm milk with cinnamon and oats

  9. I love eggs with avocado and bacon 🥓 yum 🤤
Sometimes if I’m in the mood, I make them with hash brown. Second go to breakfast is overnight oats worh plant based milk, I add maple syrup or honey.

  10. Eggs, toast , rooibos tea with a slice of lemon (no milk) and a melon fruit salad .

  11. I feel like breakfast is one of those rare moments when you can be totally honest with yourself. Sometimes I want a healthy bowl of oatmeal, sometimes I just want a donut and two squares of chocolate. And honestly, I’ve stopped feeling guilty about the donuts. Anyone else out there constantly balancing between “healthy” and “just delicious”?

  12. Scrambled eggs with turkey sausage (omelette if I have leftover potatoes) or a smoothie

  13. 2 soft boiled eggs, homemade chicken maple sausage patty, fruit, some strawberry chia pudding and coffee or tea

  14. I’ve eaten the same breakfast for years every single morning: Plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, cinnamon, homemade granola with oats, chia, hemp, flax, quinoa, pistachios, walnuts. Earl Grey tea with a splash of fairlife.

  15. Smoothie:

    – 1 cup frozen blueberries
    – 1/2 cup greek yogurt
    – 1/2 frozen banana
    – 2 inches frozen ginger (peeled & cut)
    – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    – 3 tbsp hemp seeds
    – 1 tbsp liquid turmeric
    – 1 tbsp udo’s oil
    – 1 tbsp elderberry syrup

I used to add 1 tbsp of chia seeds but i hate how it makes the viscosity of my smoothie extra thick & goopy

I dont like chewing things for my first meal so this is my go-to. It keeps me full for up to 6-8 hours

  16. Coke Zero and fruit. Typically a banana, apple, grapes or strawberries but not all of them at once. I’ve lost a lot of weight recently.

  17. – Packet of oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder mixed in

    or

    – 2 eggs hard fried, laughing cow cheese wedge, slice of canadian bacon, on either low cal bread or high fiber tortilla wrap

  18. 4 scrambled eggs, 2 Greek yogurts, orange juice (if it’s not bitter) a Luna bar (according to the package, it’s a nutrition bar for women), almonds, and carrots.

  19. Preferably just coffee

But I kind of have to eat before my job, so I will just have a protein shake

  20. I don’t eat lunch, so I usually have a pretty fancy breakfast as it gives me time to vibe check the day.

A cup of decaf mocha or plain hot chocolate and a couple slices of oatgrain sourdough with some gouda, one with turkey or bologna and one with ham or pepperoni. Some sort of biscuit, jaffa cake or danish etc. with the mocha, the sort varies all the time. And to top it off, a big glass of natural bilberry juice (Finnish blueberries, more sour than sweet and great for antioxidants!). If the next meal is more than 8 hours away or I’m going to the gym, I might have a slice or two more bread or a cup of protein pudding or skyr (some of the flavors they have are amazing). ^^

  21. I slice up a banana into a bowl then top it with some berries, greek yogurt, and homemade muesli.
