Wondering if anyone can recommend some spots for a holiday for my mum and I next summer.
We have been to Puerto del carmen twice and really loved it but we want to see other places in lanzarote (or on another island if you have reccs) but are looking something with the same vibe as PDC.
We stayed in a villa both times very close to the strip and it was really handy being able to walk to shops and restaurants, but also get takeaways to take back to the villa. My mum isn't in the best physical health so we are looking to stay somewhere that has restaurants etc close by, but also has plenty of villas to rent. We're not drinkers or partiers but we do one or two nights out over the course of the week. We don't plan on doing a lot of activities, we're quite antisocial and just want to relax and shop really.
I've been scouring vrbo, booking and maps to find somewhere that fits the description, but sometimes recs from actual ppl carry more weight.
If you have any reccs that would be great!
