  1. You reach an age where you finally understand that other people’s opinion of you is none of your business.

  2. knowing that there are some things I can’t control and making peace with it,the right person would never mind.

  3. Just be honest with yourself and try to be a good person every day. You can’t control what others do, feel, or think. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.

  4. As a woman in her late twenties, I believe there’s a point when you’ve seen so many different people that it doesn’t make sense to get insecure about body image – there are people out there that will absolutely love your body with all its “flaws”. Also, life starts to feel shorter, so your outlook shifts from being looks-based to being more health-based. If you feel good, you will love your body naturally because it’s all psychological. But a nice tip if you are a young adult online: follow/look for inspiration from people that have a similar body type as you, that helped me a lot with my insecurity about being a girly with tiny boobs for example. I got made fun of a LOT for being skinny and not that curvy, and now I love my body most of the time. It allows me to do so many things, we should be grateful.
