I'm not going to make this too long, but my partner and I have been living together for a few years now. We moved into a house together about a year ago. She knew my occupation (streamer/content creator) when we started dating, and she knows how seriously I take it.

Fast forward to yesterday, and I get up from my stream to get a drink. She corners me when I enter the kitchen and asks me if I have worked out today. I find this odd, since she knows I don't really have time for it, but I answered her with a simple no and told her I am in the middle of working.

She said "You should be working out, not sitting on your butt all day playing video games like a kid. We got that stair climber last year and you haven't even touched it."

I corrected her and said "I did 15 minutes on the stair climber yesterday."

She just scoffed and told me she can do much longer on the stair climber and told me I need to get my gains up.

I didn't say much and just went back to the stream. My chat told me the energy felt off, and I got off soon after. I haven't confronted my gf about this yet.

How do I tell her I don't feel comfortable with her bullying me into working out? I know I'm a bit of a string bean, but big muscles aren't required for my work.
