I’m hoping to get some advice or hear from anyone who’s been in a similar situation. I’m in good overall health (for context i am 18 years old f). I work out regularly, eat well, and take care of myself, but I’ve been struggling with low libido for a while now.

I’ve also been diagnosed with EOCD (existential OCD), and I’m wondering if that could be contributing to what I’m experiencing. I’m not currently on any medication that would typically affect sex drive, so I’m trying to figure out if this might be more mental than physical.

Has anyone dealt with something similar or found strategies that helped? Whether it’s lifestyle changes, therapy approaches, or just understanding how OCD can impact libido, I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts and experiences.
