Me and my partner are sexually active, but he tends to last long in bed, on average about an hour or 20 min on a good day. Apparently it could be a delayed ejaculation? I’m worried for his health and I know that it’s not because of self pleasure as he takes hours or longer to do by himself. Sometimes I fear I don’t satisfy him enough, and I hope it’s not the case. He tells me that it’s normal, that maybe it’s a genetic thing, is it really despite the average being 7 minutes? He’s an active man who is in great shape. He’s my first I’ve ever slept with so I don’t know how normal it is. However I’m confused what delayed ejaculation is as from most posts I’ve seen is that they have the “death grip” which is not what he has.

I don’t mind it being long as it’s great but it gets too long if we get distracted and stop, making me feel like the progress was lost. It’s also worrying if it’s not normal to last long.
