Why don't. American police use breathalysers and if they have access to them why aren't they always used?
I see so many videos of them doing all sorts of ridiculous and drawn out sobriety tests, in Australia it takes me about 1 whole minute to pull someone over and put them on the breatho, check the system to make sure there's nothing outstanding and then we're both on our way.
This isn't some we're better than you BS, im genuinely curious.
