What gob smacking question have you been asked recently, like to do with your appearance or something like that?

I was at a BBQ recently, friends of mine had invited some of their neighbours who I had not met before..etc.

I’m mid fifties but not gone grey yet and always have been blessed a little, looking around 6 or 7 years younger.

So met one of the neighbours who was definitely older than me, late 60’s at least who asked me what I did for work…in the same breath, said, ‘or are you retired’?!

Definitely a new one in my life! I know I scare myself sometimes first thing in the morning when I catch myself in the mirror asking myself who’s the old git in the mirror, but it’s never been asked if I’m bloody retired 😆.
