As in a city that has almost everything you could ever need in or around it. For me it would be Leeds. It's got a nice, developed city centre, it's only an hour from other major cities like Manchester and Sheffield, and it's got some lovely countryside and market towns within and just outside its boundaries. I myself am from Bradford but luckily Leeds is just next door.
