I'll cut right to the chase, me (AFAB man) and my partner (AMAB non-binary but still comfortable with male terms) are long distance, young (early 20s) and horny. He's visiting me in about a week.
Problem: He's got a UTI because of immunosuppressants (not poor hygiene, dehydration, etc). He's already had one round of antibiotics which seemed to help but didn't fully wipe it out. He's talking to his doctor but it's unlikely it'll be 100% gone before he gets here. We don't know what microbe is infecting him exactly btw, but yes it's definitely a UTI (not STI or anything)
Thing is, although I'm not very good at it (I was a virgin til the last time he visited me!) I love giving blowjobs. He also loves topping me (anal, I can't tolerate other-hole penetration physically or mentally). We don't use protection because along with preference, I'm infertile (hysterectomy), he had a full STI panel recently (since getting together), we're monogamous, I was a virgin before him + not born with anything or had blood transfusions or anything etc, and frankly, condoms kinda don't fit him (they can physically get on but hurt because of his size), so it's pretty safe for us
So, what exactly are the risks here? Could I get sick from giving oral? Could topping me unprotected make the UTI worse even with peeing right after? Are there any precautions we need to take (beyond usual washing off) even for handjobs and such? Is non-penetrative genital to genital contact safe or could I catch the UTI? Also if these are risks, do we still have to worry at all if he gets asymptomatic on a second round of antibiotics? (Yes he knows to take the whole course even if he feels better sooner lol)
Any advice is appreciated, thank you! I hope I tagged this correctly
