When was the last time you did something just for fun, with no reason at all?

  1. I was driving home yesterday morning when I passed a bookstore. I decided to stop and look around for a few minutes.

  2. I spent my entire morning laying outside in my parents’ garden and reading.

  3. Yesterday I put together a playhouse for my grandkids and then I just sat in there for a while. It was fun.!

  4. Usually, while kiddo is away at camp. I do all the things: work, clean, fold, scrub, work, dishes, work, cook, work…

But yesterday, I didn’t. I made myself a ceasar (like a bloody Mary but better😉) and floated in the pool. I have epilepsy so I had to wear a life jacket with my fancy floaty, but it was amazing just the same.

  5. Last night. Went out for drinks with my wife at a local gay bar and then watched an old improv set online together when we got back.

I think doing at least a few things “just for fun” every single day is really important, especially in stressful times like these.

  6. I think most of the things I do is just for fun and have no reasoning behind it. If it looks fun or interesting, I’m there.

  7. This morning. I was waiting for my coffee to brew, and for some reason decided to walk the length of the kitchen pretending to be a bridge troll. Zero fucking idea why, but I just felt an impulse to do so to pass the time whilst I waited. Then I laughed out loud at myself afterward. It was fun though🤷🏻‍♀️

  8. I felt sad in this morning but I thought to get up and Rome around city and I loved it

  9. All the time. Just this week I told my partner we were going for a bike ride to get ice cream.

I plan free social events for my community that are fun just for the heck of it. Usually activity based with ice cream or brewery destinations too. My job is basically creating games and adventure out of exercise.

  10. Pretty regularly. Every other day or so. Just going for a walk, picking up a book, working on some art, watching the bees work, etc.

  11. Last weekend. I went to the mall just to wander around. I wasn’t shopping or following a to-do list. Just taking my time and enjoying the new things in the store.

  12. I chopped half my hair off on whim. I love it now. I can actually wear it down without feeling bleh about it
