For me for example, when ordering medicine through a pharmacy, I'd much rather pick it up directly rather than have it delivered from a warehouse because the box always arrives crushed. I also notice this with things like books from amazon where corners are scrunched, or from other online outlets where bath products are dinted etc; Is this part of the acceptance of ordering things online or do sellers need to do better? I understand that for a lot of people, packaging is dispensable and they're not unhappy about it, but for me this is incredibly irritating, especially if it's something that's going to be in a box or sitting in view.
