I’m from East London and came to Sydney (living mostly in the Northern suburbs/Chatswood) when I was 21 in 2018. Although I’m very familiar with where I’ll be living, will be with family and hopeful that I’ll find work I’m still quite nervous because I remember the shock of moving across the world. I’ve only been back once, nearly 3 years ago but most of that time was spent on a funeral so I didn’t have much of a chance to see how things have changed.
