It's over 30 degrees at mine today! My partner and I can't seem to agree on how to keep the rooms cool. I've always been taught that when it's hotter outside than in, you close all windows and curtains until the temperature lowers at night and then you open everything wide.

My partner on the other hand is convinced you need to keep all windows open at all times, to let in a breeze. I'm looking in my street and am quite baffled, this seems to be everyone's strategy. In my logic, you're just letting in warm air??

What is your strategy to keep your rooms cool? We have quite large windows, but they only open slightly from the top, which doesn't seem to let in that much wind but according to me, it does let in lots of heat lol
