For me it would be thick wool socks in the winter. But then, prior to my 30s, I lived in San Diego where it doesn't get cold.
And at my age I could say something silly like the internet since it didn't exist back then.

Peace. That’s all I need
Icy Hot.
30 was around the time I started drinking coffee. 42 now and it’d be hard to give up.
Thermal underwear is a game changer (I live in the UK)
Bidet
Quiet.
A proper vacuum.
Air conditioning!
A pair of shoes specifically for walking. Hoka’s work better for me than New Balance though
Naproxen
Proper coffee machine. I’m obcessed with my Gaggia.
Nose hair trimmer, why is this a thing now?
A safety razor
Younger me would have been terrified of using a single-blade razor to shave my *head*, let alone my face.
Time alone.
As I said in the AskWomenOver30 sub: One of the things that I discovered, unfortunately late in life after it was too late for some of them, is that wearing some thin cheap synthetic (or even cotton) socks over the good socks makes the good socks last forever. Some of my favorite thick wool socks for the winter are threadbare around the heel and toes, but the ones I’ve bought since I learned this trick are still thick everywhere and like new.
In a similar vein, don’t cycle through all of a particular clothing. For example, I had several week’s worth of cotton undershirts and I would make a point to use every one. But then they’d all wear out at the same time and I’d have to buy 14, 21, or whatever all over again. I had so many because sometimes I’d forget to do my laundry on the weekend so to avoid running out I bought another week’s worth.
Also, if you get some article of clothing that you really like, go back and get several of them. Leave the extras in a plastic bag and store them somewhere. The first one or two will eventually wear out and if you go back and try to replace them they’ll no longer be available, or the construction, design, or style has changed to something not as nice.
Think this might be a tie between coffee and my own space. Coffee is pretty self explanatory, but my own space has been a game changer the last few years. Use to have the garage and a small corner of the closet. Garage was alright but when it’s 117*F out it sucks. When we moved into my new house I had a spare room and claimed it before my wife could make it into an unused guest room. Currently have a fairly loaded home gym setup, TV, sound system, work bench & lights so I could work on small projects without dying in the garage.
CPAP machine, where my snorers at?!
Metamucil
Ibuprofen
Laser diode for unwanted hair.
I use for underarms.
Eliminates much of the b/o I had before. So light anti perspirant… sometimes… is all I need these days.
Might use for private parts too.
I’ve seen other guys use it for facial and neck hair. Unibrow. To cut down time on grooming each week.
Golf clubs. Never played until a little over a year ago. Feel like I wasted so much time NOT playing this beautiful game. I’m only 46, so I have many years of enjoyment left.
Honestly, my motorbike. It’s done more for my mental health than any therapy. I go for a ride and because I’m focussing on the ride, everything else just disappears. I couldn’t be without one now.
