My company recently restructured. Im a hourly employee and they're offering me a salary role. The problem is the hours for the salary are more, where I would be losing money taking on the new role due to not being compensated for OT. I usually dont work OT.

Im offered $115k for the new role and calculated on my hourly rate I would be making closer to 125k. This restructuring seems like a cost saving measure since the new role is basically the same job plus a few more responsibilities. While it is a path to growth, realistically I would need my boss to leave and it wouldnt be a guarantee.
Any advice?
