For women who identify with bookish-nerdy characters (i.e. Betty Suarez), what are some flaws or vices you’d like to see explored with them in fictional works?

Often it seems that nerdy girls in fiction have an absence of traits that they gain (confidence, assertiveness, etc.), rather than active flaws.
