This isn't for any specific places in Europe, all are welcome to answer as I'm interested in all of Europe. I am more curious about certain places like Ireland/Scotland/England/Netherlands, but like I said, all are welcome to answer.

I would really like to travel one day but have severe fragrance allergies and get allergic asthma when I smell them. I also have extremely sensitive hearing and PTSD so noise is very triggering for me. Both of these things make it almost impossible to be around people or out in public (I am from America and there are loud noises/music/loud people and SO MANY fragrances EVERYWHERE). It's depressing and exhausting and I've wondered if other places are like this, if there is a place out there that is for me as I am.

So my questions are: What is the day to day culture for fragrances/noise? Are there often perfumes/air "fresheners"/fragrances/strong laundry detergent smells in the air? And for noise, do people usually have their music loud/bass thumping? Do people tend to talk extremely loud for no reason?

I know food quality in Europe is WAY better than America (I also have food allergies/sensitivities to all the chemicals in our food) so I wonder if these issues are any better over there either.

Thank you in advance from an exhausted American.
