What are your thoughts on women using the men’s restroom?
June 23, 2025
We've all experienced the long lines for toilets. What are your thoughts about women entering the men's room to use the stall or urinal?

A woman using the urinal? Is this a trick question? If the men’s toilets are empty then sometimes we would dash in there and get out as fast as possible when the women’s restrooms were super crowded.
I regularly use the men’s room at events because there is no line, I fail to see how it’s different than a bank of portable toilets. Be warned: it’s extra gross and there is definitely pee everywhere, it’s extra gross in there.
I don’t use the urinals though because…what???
I wouldn’t personally do it but I don’t care if other women do it. I see it regularly at concerts.
Idc. I’ve often used men bathrooms when women’s are full. The idea of gendered restrooms is silly to me. I just need to pee. We should have full doors or whatever and not worry about who’s shitting next to us. I would never use the urinal, though, because I dont have the parts.
What’s the difference? A toilet is a toilet. When you gotta go, it’s better than waiting and holding it.
Concert Guy here: I have no objection to it but rest assured, if I need a toilet as opposed to a urinal, I will not be waiting behind the line of women, I will cut ahead. Outside of that, they are just going to waste most the time but it is harder to pee in a urinal when I know their is a line of women behind me waiting for open stalls. 😆
I don’t care. Close the bathroom stall door behind you and I don’t care what you do in there. People tend to live longer and happier when they mind their own business.
I doubt you’ll want to use the urinal, but I’m fine with it as long as you DON’T STARE AT ME WHEN I’M TRYING TO TAKE A PISS!!! Seriously, women were just fascinated with watching us take a leak at the Boys II Men / New Kids on the Block concert. It made it hard to go.
Only in emergencies. When you gotta go, you gotta go.
But I make it speedy fast.
If they need to do so, fine by me.
If anyone needs to use the facilities, I am fine with them doing so. I don’t particularly care about gendering restrooms, and I certainly don’t think anyone in need should be denied a restroom because of their gender.
I think that anyone planning to use a restroom that is designated for a different gender, it would be polite to knock and inform anyone else before they enter the shared restroom space so that no one is unexpectedly startled, but as long as they are in the restroom for its intended purpose, I don’t care what gender they are.
If it’s beyond impossible to hold it any longer, I’ll walk into a men’s restroom. But I would say sorry to almost any men I see, and in my experience, almost all of them would leave me alone or even walk away asap.
Females can use a urinal. But it takes practice. You pull up on the front part of your vulva and learn how to aim. I suggest doing this without clothes on, in an area you don’t mind cleaning afterward; the shower is a great place to try.
There are also funnel type devices females can use, I know lots of women who use them when camping.
Trust me – we don’t want to! Those long ladies room lines are horrendous!
Same as at home. Men and women use the same toilets at everyone’s houses, so what’s the issue?
A lot of us wouldn’t want men in our bathrooms, so I don’t think it’s okay to do it to them
I’ve done it for years, but only in one-person men’s rooms.
All are welcome.
They are usually extremely gross, why would anyone choose to go there willingly.
I don’t use public restrooms unless I absolutely have to. So I don’t care where people go.
No one does that for fun, we do that if there is no alternative left because male designers and builders still don’t know how women work.
I understand men’s restrooms have reputations for foulness. But I’ve yet to personally encounter these piss flooded floors cum crusted urinals that seem to haunt people.
I’d rather use it if I have to go urgently – would rather that than pee my pants waiting in a 30-lady line! The stalls “usually” are decent since most men use urinals.
I wouldnt personally do it because it might make the men in there uncomfortable. But unisex i definitely would. Wish more places had unisex bathrooms honestly.
If it’s a single stall where you lock the door, no problem, all day long. If it’s bathroom then no I think it’s disrespectful. I wouldn’t want a guy doing that to me.
Any port in a storm, though typically I offer respect to the current occupants of the men’s room by sending a male person in there to 1) assess the availability of an empty stall and 2) make sure the anyone else in there knows I’m heading in so they can protect their own modesty as needed.

I do it when I must.
