In Russia if you're driving on a turnpike, you get free roadside assistance. If you have an accident or your car breaks down, you can call a number and a dude in a liveried pickup truck will come that will try to fix your car or will tow it to the next rest stop for free.

Afaik it only applies in roadworks, but the UK also only has 1 toll road, which is kinda expensive and has a free alternative, so never been down there
We don’t have any toll roads, only congestion fee in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
Yes, it’s called Diaľničná patrola over here but it’s not a full scale road assistance, just some basics.
In Finland, no, there is no free roadside assistance. There also aren’t toll roads, all roads are free to use.
So if your car breaks down on the road, you have to call tow truck to tow it to somewhere else. If you have wide all risk insurance your insurance company pays for the tow, but if you have only basic insurance it doesn’t cover towing.
But there is a organization called “automobile and touring club of Finland”. They maintain a 24/7 roadside assistance and towing service based on volunteers and employees that is free (or almost free) for their members.
In the Netherlands on all highways you will be towed away for free to a safe place nearby, but no proper roadside assistance. Also no toll roads, just a few toll tunnels and a toll bridge.
Nope.
If you want “free roadside assistance” most insurance companies offer it – well, not for free.
