What are your thoughts on a movie or TV show having two seperate dubs for your native language such as Spanish (European and Latin American), Portuguese (European and Brazilian), French (European and Quebec), Dutch (Netherlands and Flemish) etc.?

Do you think this is necessary because English dubs are almost never separated into American, British or Australian English?
