Ok So I saw yesterday someone did a thread about the rudest countries in Europe. What would people say are the friendliest countries over in Europe? Being an Englishman, I'm always slightly wary that people will just assume nim one of the arseholes who voted for Brexit but nothing could be further from the truth.
Personally, I've always found Spain to be very friendly, Greece also. I've been to Norway and I found them to be very polite but not as outgoing as the other countries.
I've also seen that there could be generational gaps as well. My wife's polish and I find the younger generation over in Poland to be a lot friendlier than the older generations.
What do other people think about the friendliest countries in Europe?
