In France it's traditional for the weddings guests to accompagny the newlyweds car by honking while driving. Many people will honk back on the way, so on Saturdays in summer it's quite common to hear a lot of klaxons. I'm not sure I have seen this in other countries but maybe I just didn't come across any weddings party.
