If anyone has suggestions for Christmas markets in eastern France, southern Germany, and northern Austria (Salzburg to Vienna), preferably accessible by train, I’d love to hear about them.
I’d like some suggestions for the best big touristy ones and some for small traditional ones if possible.
Thank you in advance!
Supermoon yesterday! Always very cool to see. If you missed it, don’t worry, there’ll be three more this year.
I have been listening to the Malevolent podcast, and it is even scarier than The Magnus Archives. I don’t know why my brain craves horror right now, but this was just what I needed. If you’re into horror, I can highly recommend it.
This is not really horror, but yesterday I came across the [Stargaze](https://www.youtube.com/@Stargaze_youtube/playlists) channel, which has really cool simulations of what happens if you are falling from space into different planets (and more), how a day looks like on different planets, the view from the closest and most distant moons in the Solar System and so on. If you are into that stuff, or just like cosmic horror and existential dread, again I can recommend it. The videos are rather short.
It was eight degrees this morning. It’s crazy how short summers are here. There are lots of creative events in September, and all are autumn-themed. In September back home you are still eating watermelon and tanning on the beach.
