I recently read an article from India about a tragic incident involving a 19-year-old girl who committed suicide because she couldn't afford a smartphone, tablet, or laptop to attend online classes and study. Struggling with the frustration of not being able to participate in digital learning, she eventually took her own life by hanging herself in her room. Unfortunately, stories like hers are common in many developing countries, where the digital divide is a significant issue.
