Do you have a good sushi restaurant that is close to the typical Japanese sushi restaurant. That is, it offer more than just low quality salmon nigiri and other fusion maki rolls. Instead, it often provide high quality salmon nigiri which is full of white fish fat, amberjack nigiri( might be hard to come by given their habitat nature ) and tuna nigiri, squid sushi etc. Maybe one that is not run by Chinese but real Japanese and they would shout "irasshaimase" when you enter the restaurant?
