Do you have a certain way of holding fork, spoon, or knife?

Sometimes I see American and British people who hold a fork or spoon with a fist and it looks really strange to me.

Where I grew up, I don't think I ever saw the fist style.

It was more common to use a spoon like a pen. I have my second finger touching the side of the spoon.

Google also shows examples where people have the second finger on top which is another style I've never seen.
