As always, I ask this from across the pond. For those who don't know, any adult who wishes to acquire U.S. citizenship must pass an exam about the country's government and history. As a native-born American who did not have to take the test, I do not know exactly what is on it. There have been polls over the years suggesting that somewhere on the order of 60% of native-born Americans could not pass the test, which is just shameful in my view.
My question is this: Does your country have anything analogous to the U.S. citizenship test?
