Are people in your country more open/loud about their relationships? How do they start relationships? Spontaneous or slow? Fairytale romance-style or quiet and subtle?
Where I am in the world, there's a sort of "courtship" or "ligaw" phase, one person showers the other with love and flowery romance and waits for a "yes" (others call this love bombing) to a more serious relationship from the other. The "ligaw" phase is playful and unserious; like testing the waters.
I've never been in a relationship but I just felt curious about other "practices" per se. Usually, the things I see on TV are just essentially: hey, lets date without any prior experience of being with each other! And it shocked my little inexperienced brain!
