Turning 29 and still don't "feel" like a man. How do you navigate the transition to adulthood with no guidance?

I didn't have parents or mentors to guide me into adulthood, and navigating it alone has been incredibly tough. I'm 29 now, my life isn't where I want it to be, and I carry a lot of insecurity and shame because of it.

I know what I need to do—exercise, fix my diet, learn practical skills, work on my mental health, practice making tough decisions, and improve my social circles. But looking at the mountain of things to fix is paralyzing, and the longer I wait, the harder it feels.

How do you start the journey of becoming a man when you're starting from zero in your late 20s? What was the very first habit or mindset shift that actually moved the needle for you?
