Basically I have quite different ideas about what we should be doing at work in terms of what's actually productive and valuable for the customer than what my superior seems to think. I believe at least some of my colleagues would agree but they don't care to speak up, but they just do what they're ordered anyway and move on. I have brought my concerns up, but I don't feel like anything's gonna change.
On one hand I don't want to get into a useless conflict and get a worse standing at my job that's stable and well paid in these uncertain times, but on the other hands it's kinda frustrating and makes me professionally unsatisfied and I feel a bit stuck careed-wise as a consequence.
How do you deal with this kind of situations?
