So I (21M) been talking to a (23F) girl and it’s already been over 2 weeks . We went on a first date and she said she was really happy for a second one. However she is going trought some college stuff , like exams and she is replying so dry that today i just sent “…” after a “Oh no” reply from her . We , i mean I was apparently talking to myself about the weather since it’s been so hot and her replies were dry and she didn’t even try to make conversation . The first week was ok but after we talked a little things got dryer than fish after 2 months off water . Sometimes she would get mad for some little mistakes i made since i have problems with my memory and i forget things fast when i zone out . We even canceled the second date for the reason that I simply asked about the location where she had in mind to meet up ( i know i should be taking initiative but come on, she asked me for a second date ) .
I have to mention that i have been the only one that initiates “conversations” and even though i am new in the dating scene i know that this is not ok . I have showed interest but it’s not being shown back so i don’t know if i should let go or keep trying . We have a lot in common .
I really blame myself because i think those mistakes i made , kind of lost all the interest she had …
