I am looking for birth control options that would work with HRT.
I can't have a lot of estrogen because of migraine aura over 40.
I was thinking of getting Mirena. I was surprised a man said that IUDs hurt during sex for about the first month.
I never heard this. Men… anyone else experience this? How badly, if so?
Women, how can I know it won't come out during sex?
The progesterone pill is not for me. Taking it the same time every day is stressful. Any other ideas? I may need to ask about Depo Provera again and give up on HRT.
