How do you all gather courage to face the interviews? like I'm so afraid of giving interviews or facing the people and as well as I am afraid of joining any job because what if I don't understand the task they are asking me to do or don't do a proper job . Like I'm really scared . I have social anxiety. I'm afraid that I'll look dumb infront of them. And because of all this I haven't attended any interviews except once where I fckd up, was blank like couldn't remember anything or the interviewers would have to repeat their questions because I wasn't able to catch them.
So please help me if you have any advice tips or anything
