In my recent experience, when meeting people, getting reacquainted or conversing with people in your extended circle no one knows how to have a conversation. A conversation in my perfect world is a volley of sorts between two people. I ask you a question, you provide an answer and you ask me a question. I ask a question, a person provides an answer. End of conversation.
I believe this is a reason why dating is so difficult these days. If I’m meeting someone new, I find out as much as I can about them so I’ll have things to talk with them about. Rarely does it work in reverse
