I’m exhausted. I’m having a baby this year and moving house, while also dealing with a demanding job and a nagging manager constantly breathing down my neck. I know part of it just comes with this stage of life, but honestly, relaxing feels really difficult right now. I’m not necessarily looking for burnout advice yet (I can already see the warning signs coming), but I’m mainly curious how you manage to go through life in a lighter, less stressed way. Any experiences?
