I rode once as a kid and it was awesome. I was excited. But the horse was huge (as in wide, they gave me the biggest one cause I was one of two guys among like 20 riders), so my legs were spread out which I never really do. And then THREE times the horse took off running, and the crazy bouncing I can confidently say wrecked my groin.
Its my only ever chronic injury, 1.5 years later my hips and groin still feel fucked whenever I run or do a hike. I feel 65 at 38.
PT advised some Copenhagen planks but they hurt and don’t seem to help. Anyone else experience this?
