Lost a ton of weight back around late '20 to '21. I rode my bike often, 20 miles before work 5 days a week. 40-84 one day a week and one rest day. I moved farther away from the bike path I went to a didn't watch my food intake so I put about half what I lost back on.

I've started watching my diet and gone from 200 pounds to 185. I may take up cycling again but I'm curious what everyone else is doing. I do walk around 12k-22k and have to lift and move stuff at work so I'm not a total couch potato.

I tried getting into running like two years ago and hurt my knee bad like four days into it . So I didn't stick with it. I also tried longboarding for a few months, I dropped it after I bailed hard. I can't risk my legs since I have to walk so much at work.
