I'm 25 years old and I've dated women before, but I just can't seem to overcome that fear we all feel at some point in our lives about talking to them. Even when I send a message to a girl on Instagram, I keep checking my phone like crazy to see if she left me on seen or something, and I don't know if I should care that much.
