I’ve noticed something that’s affecting my social confidence and I’m not sure what the exact cause is.

In normal, everyday social situations (like talking to someone briefly or casual interactions), I tend to sweat a lot even when I’m not physically active. It feels more like a sudden body reaction than just heat.

Along with that, I sometimes feel awkward in conversations and end up not responding or acting as naturally as I want to. It makes me overthink in the moment and affects how I carry myself socially.

I’m not sure if this is

anxiety-related response

overthinking / nervous system reaction

or just normal body heat + sensitivity

Has anyone experienced something similar? What actually helped you improve this — both physically and socially?

Any practical advice would really help.
