I've suffered this year a lot worse than in previous years. I've tried multiple different allergy pills from the pharmacy and none of them seem to be doing much. It's really been affecting my day to day life. If anyone has any tips or tricks to combat hayfever I would really appreciate it. I'm at the end of my rope at this point. Many thanks!
