Took me ages to get my head around whether to buy or keep renting. Not the decision itself though, just finding decent information, felt like everything online was generic, friends had strong opinions based on their own situation, and proper financial advice is such an overkill for what was basically just a big life question. And even if I want an advisor, they wouldn't takek a client under £100k in min on avg.
Anyway, ended up just going with my gut for now.
Curious how you all approach it. Do you just figure it out yourself, ask someone, use AI, or looking for something else that's missing?
