Do you open the door to a delivery driver with your PJ’s/dressing gown on? Delivery drivers, do you care if people do?

If I have a delivery due in the morning and I'm not going anywhere, I'll accept a delivery whilst wearing my PJ's. If it's in the afternoon though I feel a bit embarrassed and I'll get dressed, even if I'm not going anywhere.
