We all have one or two things that we’re unwilling to negotiate on when it comes to our taste in partners. What’s one thing you’re shallow about that’s not redeemable with any other quality?
For me, it’s height. I know, I know, cliché, but there’s just nothing that’s going to make me attracted to a man under 6’ (5’11” absolute min). I will say for me, though, there’s absolutely an upper limit before a man seems freakishly tall (I’m 5’3”). I’d say 6’1-6’3” is my sweet spot. And that also doesn’t mean ANY tall guy will do, he obvi still has to have to be kind and all the important character qualities, but I’m not going to be attracted to someone who’s 5’8” because he’s funny.
I will say, I think a lot of preferences surrounding height have to do with someone’s dad’s height—most people I see dating short guys have short dads, and tall ones tall dads. Not being creepy lol just what I’ve noticed.
