I've been thinking about how most of us use texting or social media to stay in touch, but it can feel shallow and inconsistent.
I just thought of a new way to stay in touch with close friends and family: by sharing daily routines, like meals. It sounds easy, but maybe the fact that it's always the same makes a difference compared to random check-ins.
I wonder if anyone else here has done something like that. Does tying connection to a daily habit actually work better, or does it just end up feeling like another thing to keep up with?
