I’m 21 and recently joined a coaching class. For the first few days I mostly kept to myself and sat alone. There’s this girl I noticed because she’s really pretty, but she was always sitting with this guy, laughing and talking, so I just assumed they were together and didn’t think much of it.
Then one day I got late to class and the only empty seat left was behind her. The guy she usually sits with wasn’t there that day, so she was alone. The moment I walked in, I noticed her looking at me, and throughout the class she kept glancing back at me again and again. Even after class while leaving, I caught her looking at me a few times too. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna make things awkward.
After that, I started noticing more stuff. She still sits with that guy most days, but now I’m pretty sure they’re just friends. She teases him a lot and sometimes gives me side glances while talking to him which lowkey confuses me lol.
A few days later that guy was absent again, and this time she actually started small conversations with me. Nothing deep, just random comments and little jokes, but she has this cute dramatic way of acting tired and talking that instantly got me smiling like an idiot.
The thing is, she’s naturally very friendly with that guy too, like pinching him and messing around, so now I can’t tell if she’s interested in me or if she’s just like that with everyone.
Am I reading too much into this or does it actually sound like she might like me?
