In Slovakia, Czechia and Poland they are pretty common. You can find parcel lockers from Packeta, GLS and other delivery companies or e-shops even in the smallest villages.
Edit to add: They are also popular in this countries (or at least in SK and CZ), a lot of people prefer to use them instead of home delivery.
